    Description

    If you have more than 5 years of Marine, HHWAY or Heavy Civil construction estimating experience, then we want to talk to you

    Join a company with career advancement opportunities, exceptional pay and benefits, as well as an above industry bonus plan The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals,, manage the take-off of quantities, complete bid work up and proposal presentation. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities. Experience in business development a plus

    Responsibilities:

    Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategies.

    Prepare thorough take-off of quantities, scope of work & cost analysis.

    Analyze project proposals to prepare complete budget and cost estimate.

    Gather, update, and review historical cost data.

    Contact suppliers and subcontractors and analyze their scope of work.

    Prepare an initial construction schedule.

    Bid submittal, proposal interviews and presentation on alternative delivery projects.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.

    Experience estimating Marine, HHWAY &/or Heavy Civil projects

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, be fluent in HCSS, B2W, Agtek, Bluebeam, AutoCad, Primavera P6

    Compensation:

    Salary $130-180k DOE

    Annual Bonus

    Company vehicle w/gas card
