Ascension Wisconsin is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physiatrist for our Physical Medicine and Rehabdepartment.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established practice: o 4 physicians o 2 APCs
  • Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Physiatry
  • General OP/IP Physiatry practice and pain management medication prescribing
  • Ability to perform fluoroscopic guided and ultrasound guided procedures is a plus.
  • Perform EMG/NCS a plus
  • Acute inpatient rehab unit vacation coverage

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office. Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
