    Description

    Job Description:

    Ease Services Card Platform backend engineer. Build and support highly scalable, resilient and fault tolerant cloud-based microservices and dynamic UI customer experiences. Have fun working alongside the best teammates and be provided opportunities to continually learn, be challenged, experiment, and grow.

    You'll be responsible for making enhancements, fixing bugs, remediating security vulnerabilities, providing thought leadership, mentoring junior engineers, making performance optimizations and general support for the services.

    The team is also assigned activities that are Innovation / Proof of Concept based which includes tasks like test automation, investigating AWS Fargate, and analyzing large scale problems which includes creating solutions and patterns for consumption by the larger DX organization.

    Languages:
    Java, Spring/Spring Boot

    Nice to have:
    Previous Angular, Typescript, RxJS and NgRx

    Architecture:
    REST based APIs / microservices

    Reporting / Monitoring:
    Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic

    Infrastructure / Container Orchestration:
    Docker, AWS ECS, Fargate
