Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting, where you'll be working with students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade. If you are eager to make a difference in the lives of students and are passionate about working with children, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports
Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required
Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
