- Define project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contracts to support company growth and collaborate with corporate business development managers.
- Supervise the quality control process of construction document preparation and design, covering site layout, grading, utility, storm water, and roadway plans for various developments.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure project success within agreed budget and timelines.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess a Professional Engineer Registration, preferably in Texas.
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering design and project management, particularly in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting with the ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate a strong expertise in land development, encompassing site planning, grading design, and construction document preparation, along with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design tools.
