The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the store.Responsibilities
· Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising· Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
· Along with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
