    The Vice President of Marketing and Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and brand presence through effective marketing and sales strategies.

    This position involves overseeing the sales, marketing and eCommerce teams, aligning their efforts to achieve company objectives, and contributing to the organization's success.

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Develop integrated sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue generation, market penetration, and brand visibility.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

    Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, including sales managers, account executives, marketers, and creative professionals.

    Set performance goals, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

    Monitor sales metrics, pipeline, and conversion rates to optimize sales performance.

    Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital marketing strategies to enhance market presence.

    Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

    Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that amplify our brand and reach new audiences.

    Participate in high-level client interactions and negotiations as needed.

    Foster strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of efforts, share insights, and optimize lead-to-revenue processes.

    Provide market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion opportunities.

    Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

    Leverage your social media expertise to create engaging and shareable content, building strong online community around our brand.

    Utilize data analytics to gain insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends, guiding strategic decision-making.

    Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.

    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

    Proven track record of successful sales and marketing leadership, with at least 8 years of experience in progressively senior roles.

    Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that align with brand identity.
    Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and social media platforms.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
    A visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
