    Description
    Primary Care Physician

    The Company :

    Our client is a grass-roots, community based non-profit organization, with a long standing history of providing services to those in their community that are often disenfranchised, taking on causes to fill gaps in services that no other agency provides.

    Current services include primary health care, mental health and substance abuse programs, infectious disease testing, education and linkage to treatment, and youth education to provide information on the dangers of drug use.

    A dynamic Primary Care Physician that is comfortable with HIV and LGBTQ patients. Full Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental)
    20 Days of PTO + 9 Paid Holidays

    Sign-On Bonus Negotiable
    Board Certified in Internal Medicine of Family Medicine.

    Provider will agree to provide necessary Supervision of Mid-Level staff as directed and defined by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners, as needed.

    Monday Friday (8am 5pm)
    Call by Phone only (1:4)
    Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
    Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
    Documents patient care services by using electronic health records.
