Description

Under the direction of the General Manager, assist in a variety of tasks including: oversee staff; count cash drawers; relay information to management; coordinate and participate in serving, handle cash, credit cards, cash register; greet customers and answer questions. Lead work crews to ensure that customer service, cleanliness, sanitation and food quality are maximized. Attend meetings, conferences and special events, as required.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Bowling terminology and methods of operation preferred. Accurate cash handling.
Telephone techniques and etiquette.
Record-keeping techniques.
Operation of a computer and assigned software.
Methods of collecting and organizing data and information.
Ability to pass a gaming background is required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card.
High school diploma or GED and one year related experience in Bowling Center management; or equivalent combination and experience.
