Job summary
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to support the Veteran community in the Saint Cloud Health Care System, in Montevideo, MN.
Responsibilities
- Work on-site in an outpatient Primary Care Clinic Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and any other mutually agreed upon hours
40 hours per week plus up to five (5) hours weekly beyond normal tour of duty for approved activity (i.e.
, training, patient care activities, and administrative duties)
Attend on average 12 scheduled Patient Care appointments (30-minute and 60-minute appointment times)
Occasional assessment of walk-in outpatient veterans
