    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    As an LPN with us, you will provide exceptional care to a diverse OBGYN patient population under the supervision of registered nurses, physicians, optometrists, and/or podiatrists. Join us in performing patient care tasks, documenting care, administering medication, monitoring patient health, and managing medical supplies.

    • Has experience in med/surg or OBGYN fields.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect and document patient data objectively.
    • Contribute health information to the nursing assessment.
    • Implement nursing care plans as directed.
    • Document patient responses to care plans.
    • Assist with patient education.
    • Maintain professional development.
    • Orient new employees.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Education:

    • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing school.

    Certifications:

    • Current Ohio LPN License.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.​

    Work Experience:

    • Preference for one year of patient care experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Involves physical activity like moving and lifting patients.
    • Must have good hand-eye coordination.
    • Ability to work under stress.
    • May encounter communicable diseases.
    • Medium Work with occasional heavy lifting.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follow standard safety precautions.
