Estimator Role

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects.

• Identify and quantify construction elements
• Enter quantities into estimating software for pricing
• Provide initial data for entry into Commence software

The Estimator will also:

• Analyze vendors to determine best value and project continuity


• Persuade vendors to commit to best pricing


• Create baseline job duration and determine special equipment requirements
