    • The majority of our freight is no-touch (90%), reducing the need for constant loading and unloading.

    • We provide various pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay.

    • All CDL-A drivers are eligible for holiday pay.

    • Rider programs are available for qualified drivers.

    • Our fleet is fully equipped with electronic logs (e-logs) for accurate tracking and record-keeping.

    • We prioritize driver satisfaction with our layover pay policy: in the event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period.

    Requirements

    • You must be at least 21 years old or have a valid Class A CDL.

    • A minimum of six months' verifiable OTR experience is required.

    • Candidates with SAP status are not eligible to apply.
