Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee all aspects of our operations and drive efficiency, productivity, and growth within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a proven track record of implementing process improvements, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Analyze key performance metrics and financial data to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or home improvement industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful operational strategies.
Proficiency in project management tools .
