    Description

    Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify addressable areas of value across every functional area of RingCentral
    Organize the identified areas of value into executable project-based structures
    Create prioritization schemas to effectively enable choice-points between project X and project Y
    Stakeholder the projects across the business at the executive level to cross-functionally gain alignment and support of the work
    Manage a portfolio of high impact, cross functional projects that will have material benefit to the external experience of our customers & partners, and the internal efficiency of RingCentral
    7-10+ years of equivalent experience in Strategy, Strategy Execution, and/or Sales Operations, supporting B2B functions and channels
    ~ Effective communicator that is proficient in executive storytelling
    ~ Intrinsically motivated with an intense curiosity and desire to produce high-quality work
    ~ Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies
    ~ Strong project management and business improvement capabilities with a track record of delivering results across a complex portfolio
    ~ Strong operational background, working with or directly leading day to day business operations
    ~ Familiar with a variety of routes to market (inside, field, channel and strategic alliance) and segments in multiple geographies (North America, EMEA, APJ)
    ~ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

    If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $132,000 and $277,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
