About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate within the CashNetUSA business unit.
You will play a vital role in supporting one of Enova's core businesses.
As a Business Operations Associate you will be monitoring and supervision across our diverse product portfolio,
- Scope, plan, and execute end to end customer remediations due to system issues with an emphasis on root cause investigation ,
- Take full ownership of the issue management lifecycle; ensure that gaps are not just flagged but pursued until a permanent fix is implemented ,
