    Responsibilities
    Travel throughout North Florida, Georgia and Alabama to engage with current and potential customers
    Make cold calls, connect with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide information about our product offerings. Facilitate engaging conversations that leads to relevant next steps.
    Utilize Customer Relationship Management software (Zoho CRM) for quotes and tracking opportunities.
    Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.

    Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate customers' problems and/or needs and create a dynamic action plan designed to meet them.

    Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure maximum revenues through strategic account penetration, including finding, generating, and developing new customers while retaining current ones.

    Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with industry trends, report sales activity, new account development, services, etc.

    Qualifications
    2 years of sales experience in industrial and/or commercial communication related products
    Preference given to those with computer networking experience.
    High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn is crucial.
    Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.

    Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, facilitate customer conversations with business level insights to establish value and create demand, close new business, and grow existing account relationships.

    Comfortable and confident in dealing with customers over the phone and in person.
    Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to acquire technical knowledge.
    Must have high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) preferred.
    Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements
    Willingness to travel throughout North Florida, Georgia and Alabama
    Overnight hotel stays to accommodate multiple customers within the area.
    Must provide modern, reliable transportation (BCI will provide reimbursements for travel expenses)

    Competitive salary with yearly bonus based on performance and profit margin
    Salary from $65,000 and up based on experience
