    Position Overview

    The ideal candidate is a top-tier UX/UI designer with a customer-centric mindset, fueled by a love for data and insights, committed to crafting intuitive and immersive user experiences in the realm of ecommerce.

    Be part of our vibrant and dynamic team, where creativity meets innovation, as we make shopping online not just convenient, but extraordinarily delightful As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for defining the UX strategy and collaborating closely with product management and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our ecommerce experience meets and exceeds user expectations.


    Responsibilities :

    UX Strategy and Leadership:
    Develop and champion the UX vision, strategy, and design principles for
    Drive UX initiatives with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

    User Research and Insights:


    Conduct and oversee user research activities to gain a deep understanding of our target users, their needs, and pain points.

    Analyze user feedback and data to derive meaningful insights that inform UX design decisions.
    Utilize usability testing and other methodologies to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.

    UX Design and Prototyping:
    Drive the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience.
    Oversee the production of wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts to development teams.
    Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in UX design across multiple products and platforms.

    Accessibility and Inclusivity:


    Advocate for and implement best practices for accessibility and inclusivity in UX design, ensuring our products are usable by all users.

    Stay up-to-date with accessibility guidelines and industry standards to maintain compliance.

    UX Evaluation and Optimization:
    Monitor user engagement metrics and conduct UX evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
    Work with the UX team to iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
    Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to validate design changes and enhancements.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of UX design throughout the product development lifecycle.

    Act as a strong advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure they are ingrained in the organization's culture.

    Stay Current with Industry Trends:


    Keep abreast of emerging UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on our products and services.

    Participate in relevant UX and design conferences, workshops, and events to foster professional growth and network with industry peers.
    Qualifications

    5+ years' experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer.
    A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects and a track record of delivering impactful, user-centric designs.
    In-depth knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
    Proficiency with design, analytics, and project tools such as ContentSquare, Monetate, Figma and Jira.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to driving innovation in the field of UX design.
    ECommerce and Retail or commercial trading experience
    Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
