Job DescriptionChicago [north side] State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a qualified professional to join their team. Experience is preferred, but well train the right person with the right skill set. You must possess required Insurance Licenses or be able to obtain asap.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers and follow up as required.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, insurance billing clarification and other responsibilities.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based insurance review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
• Continuous network to develop prospective insurance customers

Requirements

• Insurance licensed
• Insurance experience helpful
• Bilingual spanish is helpful
• Positive attitude
• Coachable
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
