Description

The Senior Vice President of FP&A will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and driving business outcomes in partnership with global CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team.

This role provides leadership in the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of business performance and is instrumental in driving operating decisions.

The role has direct oversight over consolidated board reporting, business intelligence, global analytics, and financial support for key executives. The FP&A leader work cross functionally across the entire company on all material financial matters.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysisPartner closely with CFO and CEO to develop and maintain the companys financial narrative and communicate across multiple forumsResponsible for preparing board materials on a regular cadence including results consolidation, presentations, M&A modeling, and ad hoc analysisDefine and measure top level metrics, report results, and analyze key business metrics including but not limited to bookings (in partnership with sales operations), ARR, churn, and P&L resultsOversees analytics team that steward data sources of truth and provide expert analysis in support of business teamsSupport product organizations to drive long-term growth and margin productivityDevelop a strong bench of FP&A talent within team and promote within and across the company over time#J-18808-Ljbffr
