    As part of the Compass Strategic Business Implementation Team, you will support the business as a dedicated culinary resource that promote effective operations from sourcing to service, as well as implementing successful long term strategic plans that align with client objectives.

    We empower our culinary leadership teams to drive business objectives, manage the ongoing program growth to achieve, and maintain operational excellence.

    You will analyze, visualize, and tailor culinary efforts with an appropriate level of product creativity and innovation.

    You will bring to the table strong leadership, employee development skills, sound cost management experience, culinary training, and solid managerial expertise.

    You will also possess a keen understanding of customer identity, service, and ability to deliver, develop and execute menus that exceed expectations The Senior Executive Chef will be highly visible and will impact sales and client experience.

    This Bench position will provide management support to new and existing accounts.

    Travel is required and can be significant, up to 50% including overnights in the short term until aligned to long term assignment.

    Ideal candidates will be open to relocating to the Dallas, TX area.

    Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to drive account success by consulting on all aspects of culinary operations through analysis during on-site visits and providing recommendations for improvementProvide kitchen/operations assessment for account by collaborating with team members to build action plans and training to address short and long-term goalsComplete menu research and development to promote contract targeted products; work in conjunction with account to provide culinary input and advice; assess and evaluate new products and develop materials to increase use of products and on-going customer awareness of such productsCollaborate, identify and recommend areas of continuous improvement for products, processes, and procedures in menu development and delivery for account.

    Provide and deliver conclusions from culinary assessment to assist and implement account's business goalsDemonstrate potential solutions including culinary, ideation, multi-task preparation, waste reduction, and presentation of productAssist account in establishing and executing strategic purchasing initiatives to drive revenues and contract utilizationProvide reporting to measure impact of culinary activities for tracking, key performance indicators, and account reviewServe as product knowledge expert for support and training staff in on new initiatives and skill enhancementSupport culinary activities at new account openingsPromote process improvements, service enhancements, and solutions within account.
