    Job Description:

    Key Areas of Responsibility
    • Supports sales departments through analyzing, reporting and owning special projects to support sales initiatives.
    • Identity process improvements to simplify and automate how we support our sales organization.
    • Handle requests from sales and sales operations leadership teams, such as generating reports, conducting research, and providing insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to align sales initiatives and optimize overall business performance.
    • Gather and analyze sales data to assess performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Project management support including leading projects
    • Responsible for commission reporting and chargeback process
    • In conjunction with operations leaders, continually updating and maintaining sales agreements in accordance to FDACS standards
    Qualifications
    • Must possess ability to balance independent work with team coordination and can effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of an organization
    • Must have strong problem-solving skills to both identify and solve problems that arise within the team
    • Strong financial, analytical and communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Confident and self-motivated individual with a desire to achieve results.
    • Strong Interpersonal skills needed to work directly with sales teams, leaders, and executives to understand their needs
    • Proven success in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex datasets.
    • Proficiency in using analytical tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
    • Experience within sales or sales support environment
