- Supervising patient exercise sessions.
- Educating patients regarding proper exercise techniques and health fitness topics to facilitate a decrease in participants' cardiac risk factors, an increase in independence with skills for management of disease and associated symptoms, and an increase in functional capacity.
- Utilization of EPIC Electronic Records.
- Communicating with Cardiologists and Primary Care Physicians regarding any matters impacting patients' health and progress.
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota
- Current CPR and ACLS certification (will provide)
- Experience in Cardiac Rehab and/or Cardiac Care Preferred.
- Knowledge of cardiac telemetry required
- Excellent Computer Skills required
- Critical thinking and decision making skills

*Fall River Health Services* is looking for a fill-in *Cardiac Rehab RN in Hot Springs, SD*. Occasionally work on CR RN days off to help with admissions, contacting referrals, and makeup sessions missed by patients during the regularly scheduled week. Performs the initial Cardiac Rehab assessment, and develops and implements personalized exercise programs for patients who have eligible cardiac diagnoses, as ordered by the Physician. Submit 30-Day Individual Treatment Plans as indicated. Occasionally help with Education Classes and community outreach opportunities.*Responsibilities:
