THIS IS NOT A HANDS-ON Role
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite plus 2 days/week remote. Mandatory Tue and Thu onsite, 3rd day is candidate's choice.
Our client is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
THIS IS AN ADVISORY role to all of the development teams within the company (developers are programming in Scala, Typescript, and Talon).
The SRE must be proficient in the following monitoring tools and setting up APIs within the following tools:New Relic plus New Relic APIs (MUST HAVE)
Splunk plus Splunk APIs
PagerDuty plus PagerDuty APIs
SRE/Advisor will need to ensure that the development teams are using these monitoring tools appropriately to get the key metrics out of them and creating observability in systems to gain better insight into the system performance.
