    As a Commercial Traveling Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process of our projects in various locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining our high standards of quality craftsmanship.

As we continue to expand our footprint across California, Phoenix, Colorado, and Utah, we are seeking a dedicated Commercial Traveling Superintendent to join our team.

    Description

    • Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and material deliveries.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Prepare and submit daily progress reports, as well as updates on project milestones and timelines.
    • Proactively identify potential risks or challenges and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and as-built drawings.

    Profile

    • Experience in commercial construction, preferably in the construction of Car Wash facilities, Oil Change centers, or Quick Serve Restaurants.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
    • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and documents.
    • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites within California, Phoenix, Colorado, and Utah.
    • OSHA 30-Hour Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification preferred.

    Job Offer
