    Summary

    Join us in our journey to define standards and roll out standardized processes for Maersk global operations for Middle Mile and Last Mile, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.

    Responsibilities

    Assess, understand and map current processes, including critical metrics.

    Create and run process capability studies, identifying improvement areas and prioritizing them appropriately.

    Define and map future processes based on assessments and critical metrics.

    Prioritize technical development that is aligned with processed being developed.

    Define roadmap to for the workflow to move to future processes as mapped.

    Define automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metrics.

    Create SOPs and training documents to define newly executed vision.

    Partner with region to establish new procedures.

    Create a community of process experts globally among site leaders.

    Monitor and act on metrics.

    Drive closure of audit items and address risks.

    Own knowledge repository and make it easily accessible to others.

    Support and connect with Continuous Improvement teams on opportunities to run projects and enhance capabilities.

    Skills and Experience

    Experience in a Project Management, Process Engineering, Management Consultant, or Change Management roles preferred.

    Strong ability to connect detailed operational concepts to values for company and customers.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in:

    Translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communication.

    Solving problems and making data driven decisions

    Ability to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation format.


    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Up to 50% of working time).

    Pay Range
    $90,000-$105,000

    The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.

    The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
