Beginning January 1, 2026, newly admitted attorneys at Tully Rinckey PLLC receive a starting salary of $120,000, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary, rewarding productivity, excellence, and client impact.

As a Family and Matrimonial Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you will be responsible for providing quality legal advice, representing clients in disputes, and managing a wide range of Family and Matrimonial matters.
Providing legal representation to clients Child Custody and Support, Divorce and Separations, Prenuptial Agreements, and Guardianship related matters.
Drafting pleadings, including motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive filings.
Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, conferences, and court proceedings.
Developing strategies to minimize risk and efficiently resolve disputes.
Requirements:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in New York State and license is in good standing.
Interest or direct experience in representing individuals in Family and Matrimonial matters
Understanding of state Family and Matrimonial statues, codes, and regulations.
Litigation, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York, licensed in good standing. xhmxlyz
