    The maintenance work is performed in varying levels of hazard environments and tools. Hence, they must have a safety mindset and behavior.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Clean and perform PM for equipment regularlyInstall machinery systemsMaintain the work areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized together with production technicians utilizing the QGT/UCT 6S systemRepair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structuresAssist in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures and propose corrective actionsAid in job training for technicians when neededMaintain inventory control of equipment tools and partsPerform electrical systems maintenance if certified to performInspect and maintain safety and alarm systemsQuality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working orderPerform peer-to-peer inspections on work performed by our other maintenance techniciansCreate inspection and repair schedulesAid Selecting and contract specialists on larger maintenance related projectsAdvise purchasing manager during new equipment purchasesTrain employees on proper equipment usageAssist in on-the-job-training of newly hired maintenance techniciansPerform administrative computer tasks as needed.

    (BigFoot, Excel, UTI ticketing system, etc.)Act as on-call when neededSupport and coordinate sites projects, and lead project segments as requestedA high sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and respect for others.

    A team player with an ability to communicate effectively with many interacting agents and departments within the site.

    Ability to recognize immediate and potential safety hazards and pursue appropriate actions to resolve and reportAbility to execute and control daily and weekly Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, inspection, and reports.

    Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and light repair of equipment and facilities essential for the position.
    Computer skills, CMMS, MS OfficeKnowledge mechanical, pneumatic hydraulic, and chemical systems,Demonstrate piping. Plastics and metal worksDemonstrated project management skills.
    Ability to communicate and direct requirements effectively with equipment manufactures/suppliers.
    English reading, writing, and verbal communicationAbility to read drawings and identify critical quality characteristics
    • Essential AdvantageSkilled in using AutoCAD or other drafting software

    The individual may require to work shifts.

    Educational/Certification Requirement:


    High School diploma preferred, or 3 years of utilities and facilities maintenance experienceMust have hands-on and technical skillsElectrical experience or license - essential advantageValid driver's license required.

    B + or forklift essential Advantage.

    3-5 years of facilities maintenance work

    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19.18 and $28.75/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
