    Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with our client located in Schiller Park, IL. Our client is within the professional service industry, and they are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a temp to permanent basis. This Accounts Receivable Specialist will be working alongside a team of 2 individuals in the department. The Accounts Receivable Specialist's primary responsibilities will be performing billing and collections tasks. The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist will be able to start as soon as possible.

    Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Create and send out approximately 50-75 invoices to bill customers daily
    • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies on invoices
    • Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues
    • Perform collection calls and emails on past due accounts
    • Ensure information on invoice is accurate before sending out invoices to bill clients

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of AR experience
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
