• Experience | Five (5) years of project management experience, including developing project plans, risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking
• Experience | Five years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written format with technical staff, executive management, and user staff
• Experience | Five years of experience with facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams
• Experience | Five years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation
• Experience | Five years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation
• Experience | Five years of experience with the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel
• Experience | Five years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team
• Experience | Five years of experience tracking work tasks and maintaining project schedules (including work breakdown structures)
• Experience | Five years of experience with delivering projects as per an approved project schedule, and within an approved budget
• Experience | Seven years leading data or system modernization projects in a state government domain or agency
• Experience | One year of experience working with Health Information Technology systems

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
