    Primary Function

    Our Fortune 100 tech client's Brand, Creative, and Media Group seeks a Digital Experience Specialist to execute and support the global digital strategy.

    This role involves collaborating with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and business unit Marketing Strategists to enhance digital experiences. Responsibilities include guiding design processes, overseeing production, developing measurement frameworks, and managing ongoing optimizations.

    The Digital Experience Specialist will work closely with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.

    $100k - $120k
    Duties & Responsibilities
    Support Digital Strategists in the creation and execution of digital strategies spanning the client's site
    Execution of content strategies tightly aligned to customer insights & data
    Management of content across multiple digital experiences
    Synthesize and analyze project data to provide clear recommendations for optimization
    Work closely with Digital Producers and Publishers to manage the content lifecycle
    Partner closely with other teams that manage and maintain content on the client's site
    Skills & Qualifications
    Comfortability with web design, user experience strategies, information architecture, and navigation structures
    Knowledge of B2B and consumer marketing strategies and web landing page best practices
    Understanding of A/B testing including execution and analysis of results
    Ability to make web page optimizations based on analytics data
    Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, make decisions quickly, manage simultaneous projects, and work with many stakeholders across internal groups and geographies
    Must be a relentless collaborator, problem solver, and comfortable extending to build new relationships and establish trust
    Strong presentation, and communication skills
    Operationally savvy and able to manage workstreams, timelines, and processes
    Experience working inside of a digital marketing, agency or advertising environment
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) experience is a plus
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
    Familiarity with Jira or experience with similar project tracking/ticketing software
    Other duties as needed
    Education & Experience
    At least 3-5 years of relevant digital experience. The ideal candidate is digitally literate and possesses significant knowledge of the web and related technologies.
