- Operate company vessels legally and safely
- Supervise onboard crew
- Ensure crew and passenger safety
- Handle administrative tasks including computer work and cash handling
- Complete shipboard logs and reports
- Conduct crew training, drills, and exercises
- Participate in USCG inspections
- Provide Harbor Tour Narration / make announcements over the PA system
- Verify that vessels are properly secured after sailing
- Perform additional assigned job duties
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Master 100-ton license
- FCC License
- TWIC Certification
- First Aid / CPR certification
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desired endorsements: Lifeboatman, Firefighting, STCW, Able Bodied Seaman

About You:
This role requires someone who is adaptable, dynamic, and embodies City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Captain. As our employees have frequent public interactions, we seek individuals who take pride in their appearance, excel in customer service, and possess strong communication skills. The position demands a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A comprehensive background check, pre-employment screening, and random drug testing as mandated by the United States Coast Guard are mandatory.
