SCC is seeking experienced

Part-time, Project-based Workforce Development Specialists

to assist business and industry partners.

Ideal candidates will have experience in facilitating and training (on-site and remote) in an industrial environment as well as providing input related to process improvement and related implementation strategies.

Specific

knowledge/experience

in but not be limited to:
Computer Applications
Leadership & Supervision
Quality/Lean Topics
Federal and Local Regulations and Safety Standards
Technical Skills Topics
Technical Writing and Instructional Design

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
3-5 years of related experience with business and industry
Strong attention to detail
Leadership experience
Self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well with others
