- Prepare monthly operating financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow and operating forecasts.
- Prepare annual budgets.
- Support annual audit, cost report, and tax return preparation.
- Support accounts payable and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support financial software implementation for new clients.
- Analyze all aspects of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with departmental leaders and key stakeholders to stay abreast of spending, budgeting, reports, and evaluation.
- Work closely with landlord and lender finance teams where necessary to ensure strong collaboration on all aspects pertaining to financial services that relate to us.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports to the CFO and prepare month-end financial reporting, support payables personnel in the local communities, prepare annual budgets, support annual audits, and general ad hoc functions to assure accounting integrity at managed facilities. Minimum 5 years accounting experience.
