Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Assessment 8 Pay Rate: $ $-0.05

This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability. (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
Job Setting: Home Care
Types of Cases: In-home health and wellness evaluations
Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks
Immediate start upon credentialing
Must have an active New Jersey state license
