    As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in assisting physicians with interventional procedures, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans for our patients.

    *Key Responsibilities of the

    Interventional Radiology Technologist:

    • Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to angiography, embolization, biopsies, drainages, stent placements, and venous access procedures.
    • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
    • Operate imaging equipment and assist physicians in obtaining diagnostic images.
    • Administer contrast agents and other medications as required, following established protocols and guidelines.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely information for patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
    *Applicant Requirements of the

    Interventional Radiology Technologist:

    • BLS Certification
    • ARRT Certification
    • NYS Rad Tech License
    • 2 years Interventional Rad Tech experience
