Description

Bakers will need to have a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths. Must have experience in mixing doughs and baking at correct temperatures.

We will also require ideal candidates to obtain industry recognised certifications such as the Level 2 Certificate in Bakery and Level 3 Diploma in Professional Bakery.

Good time management skills and attention to detail are important qualities to ensure our products have reached our standards before being delivered to our stores.

Communication and the ability to work in a fast pace environment is a must.

The hours available are Monday to Saturday 3.30 am to 11.30 am or 4.00 am to 12.00 pm. A night shift would be required every other Friday evening starting at 11.30 pm until 9.00 am.
