    This is a full-time role located in our Western Division, consisting of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Montana. The Multifamily Construction Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating small to large scale multifamily new construction projects in the assigned region. This includes ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects, coordinating all stakeholders, and managing project budgets, documents and maintaining an accurate workflow.

    YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

    • Meet the Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination and management in the multifamily industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and processes.
    • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality work standards.
