    Description

    RN Emergency Room PT Nights

    This role requires a skilled and experienced professional Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. The nurse will work 12-hour shifts, including nights from 7 PM to 7 AM.


    Responsibilities:



    1. The nurse will demonstrate expertise in using the nursing process as a problem-solving model.

    2. Nursing assessment will focus on identifying subtle changes in clinical situations and prioritizing patient care accordingly.

    3. The nurse must have knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-specific care and consistently apply current literature/research findings to make sound decisions.

      4. bsply demonstrates commitment towards achieving positive outcomes through effective communication with patients/families and interdisciplinary teams.
      The Clinical Staff Nurse has flexibility in transferring locations throughout shifts as needed due primarily by changes within census figures.
