    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Analyzing the existing data structure and quality.
    2. Mapping data elements from source to target tables.
    3. Converting data into the new structure.
    4. Validating the accuracy and integrity of converted data.
    5. Documenting the conversion process and communicating with stakeholders.
    6. Planning, organizing, integrating, and implementing requirements.
    7. Adhering to project control processes and procedures.
    8. Identifying and resolving technical issues.
    9. Planning deployment and implementation.
    10. Providing technical leadership in data conversion strategies.
    11. Reporting progress to the Project Manager.
    12. Developing programming architecture for data conversion.
    13. Coordinating with IT staff and stakeholders throughout the project.
    14. Contributing to documentation and knowledge transfer.

    Mandatory Skills & Experience:

    1. Bachelors Degree in relevant fields like Computer Science or Business Administration.
    2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale IT projects.
    3. Proficiency in database management systems and SQL scripting.
    4. Analysis and understanding of data structures.
    5. Troubleshooting skills for data conversion issues.
    6. Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
    7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    8. Understanding of sensitive data handling.
    9. Expertise in SQL programming.
    10. Experience in completing SQL scripts within deadlines.
    11. Excellent oral and written communication.
    12. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    13. Experience in multi-vendor project teams.
    14. Technical understanding of data conversion projects.
    15. Experience in programming languages and technologies like J2EE/Java, JBoss application servers, JDBC, MS-SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
