- Candidates must be Neurology-trained
- Practice will consist of 80% Sleep Medicine and 20% Neurology initially
- Our Comprehensive Sleep Disorders Centeris staffed by 2 BC Sleep MedicineNeurologists and 10 Sleep Medicine-trained advanced practice providers
- Our sleep labs and clinics area regional referral center with locations at Carle Foundation Hospital and three other regional sites
- Our Sleep Disorders Center is supported by Psychology for Behavioral Sleep Therapy and an associated DME
- Monthly sleep conference with CME credit
- Carle Foundation Hospital is a Magnet Designated 489-bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III Perinatal Services and isa DNV-accredited comprehensive stroke center.
- Ourambulatory team includes other BC Neurologists, Neurology Advanced Practice Providers, residents in Neurology, and medical studentsfromthe Carle Illinois College of Medicine
- We are an integrated neurosciencesservice linewith strong physician-centered management with support from established Hospitalist, Critical Care, Neuroradiology, Neurosurgical, Pain Medicine, and Neuro-Interventional teams
- Academic and/or research opportunities are available through the Carle Neuroscience Institute in Urbana,the University of Illinois Beckman Institute, and the Carle Illinois College of Medicine.Academic appointment through the Carle Illinois College of Medicinewill becommensurate with academic experience and rank
