    Description
    Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. seeks an experienced legal secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to multiple attorneys at its offices in downtown Dayton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting the practice of bankruptcy, corporate, litigation, or real estate law. A professional, friendly demeanor is always an asset and will fit in well with the culture of the firm.

    Job Description
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent typing and computer skills
    • Outstanding organization, interpersonal, and administrative skills
    • Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
    • Must possess a willingness to learn other software utilized by the firm along with a high level of proficiency with Word and Outlook, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a plus
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
    • Provide general office support for attorneys, for example, maintain and organize files, photocopy, maintain calendars, prepare expense reports, submit invoices for payment, coordinate meetings, call, and conferences
    • Provide support for the firm's monthly billing process and enter attorney time records
    • Request conflict checks for new clients and/or matters
