    NeighborHub Health (NHH) in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio is recruiting an additional Family Medicine physician for our growing provider team. NHH is a system of health care and supportive service providers that create a seamless continuum of care for people experiencing homelessness in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We seek a Family Medicine physician who shares our belief that quality comprehensive health care is a fundamental right for all people. Highlights include:

    • Outpatient only practice with Monday-Friday schedule (8AM-5PM and no weekends).
    • Very manageable daily patient volume (target is 2 patients/hour)
    • NHH has served individuals experiencing homelessness or living with HIV/AIDS in the Tri-State area since 1986. We offer top-quality medical, behavioral, dental, and case management services to all community members experiencing homelessness, regardless of their ability to pay.
    • We care for a diverse patient population. The ability to communicate effectively and relate to people of all cultural backgrounds is vital.
    • As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NHH has earned the distinguished Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Level 3 seal, the highest level possible, proving we go the extra mile to ensure patients receive outstanding care.
    • We offer an excellent salary plus a comprehensive benefits package.
    • Due to our HPSA score, qualified candidates may be eligible for substantial loan repayment ($75,000 for two-year commitment. $20,000 for each additional year).
