    A leading price reporting agency is looking for an Account Manager to join its subscription sales team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong passion for customer service and possesses expertise in consultative and remote sales. Working collaboratively, the new manager will contribute to achieving revenue targets by implementing processes focused on sales growth & customer satisfaction while maintaining long-term, professional client relationships.

    Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

    • Responsibilities:Subscription Sales
    • Work with senior sales staff to strategize and renew a recurring group of clients.
    • Proactively build and consciously maintain successful client relationships.
    • Create new business through organized prospecting and lead conversion to effectively meet individual and team sales goals.
    • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
    • Sales Support
    • Qualify incoming leads for senior sales staff daily.
    • Organize and maintain company-wide CRM with personal activities and client meeting notes to better inform business decisions.
    • Perform usage analysis to support customer retention.
    • Support client account maintenance.
    • Customer Support
    • Support internal onboarding documentation and processes for new clients.
    • Serve as first point of contact for all incoming clients and prospect inquiries.
    • Serve as company representative at industry events to engage the market and identify sales and marketing opportunities.
    • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
    • Requirements:Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience
    • Experience in selling subscriptions and familiarity with the energy industry preferred
    • Proven successful track record of consultative and remote sales
    • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
    • Effective time management and proactive team player
    • Creative cross-functional collaborator who looks for opportunities to grow business and address market needs
