    Our client, a prestigious beauty company, is looking to bring on a Manager, Ecommerce.

    This opportunity would be a 6 month contract role. This would be a hybrid onsite role in Manhattan (NYC).

    This would be 35 hours per week (traditional 9-5 w 1 hr unpaid lunch break).

    Must Have Skills:

    • Experience managing others - at least 1 direct report
    • Strong technical experience on the Site Merchandising site
    • Experience managing marketing and launch calendars, think strategically about launches/promos
    • Strong comm skills, ability to work cross functionally and build relationships

    About the project

    Work with the North America Online team to deliver best-in-class, innovative experiences on US and CA's brand sites. Collaborate across internal teams including production & engineering, global Online, creative, customer service, analytics and more, to drive new site functionality, optimize existing site experiences, managing assets and content and supporting business during key promotional periods.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Manage site launch calendar to ensure all site content for promotions and launches go live in a timely manner for both NA sites, specifically focusing on CMS refreshes and Braze IBM campaigns
    • Flag and escalate bugs and site issues as necessary with relevant teams and QA fixes within timely manner
    • Review and approve creative requests as related to NA site needs, focusing on delivering assets with best-in-class site experience and customer clarity in mind
    • Manage site enhancement projects and new feature rollouts for NA sites with Global Online team
    • Conduct detailed QA and provide support for modernization efforts on NA sites
    • Monitor Bizrate complaints and FullStory session replays to identify site friction points and escalate to relevant teams as needed
    • Lead SEO optimization plans with Global Online team, Growth Hacking and production partners
    • Provide direction on product merchandising in PLPs during holiday, specifically focusing on gift set exposure
