This position delivers outreach and supportive services to veteran families by providing engagement support peer counseling support encouragement to participants Screens assesses applicants applying for SUS Veterans Services navigates applicants for program services through intake process documentation standards necessary supports.+
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Veteran of Armed Forces a plus;
