    The Team:
    Working in direct partnership with our Finance and Strategy team to mature to an outcome driven organizationDriving the adoption of agile practices and standardsSupporting continuous prioritization of initiative in partnership with business partnersSupporting value tracking, IT execution alignment, and delivery flowDriving the continued evolution of our operational processes, training, coaching and communicationsProviding visibility through the development of reporting and analysis

    Job Responsibilities:
    Work with stakeholders to ensure that needs are clearly understood and that services meet those needsPlan and ensure the execution of work, and achievement of team goalsAnticipate and analyze trends in technology while assessing the emerging technologys impact(s)

    Coach and mentor team members through change and serve as a role modelActively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve and measure successGrasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable through various communication mediums like visualizations and presentationsCreate compelling, intuitive dashboards to enable colleagues with critical metrics, with a focus on data automation, anomaly detection, and actionable data visualizationsApply visualization techniques to data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashionBe a partner in the building of KPIs and metrics that help to gauge the health and success of our initiativesCreate self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIsApply automation techniques to manual processes to create efficiency, improve accuracy, and build upon successes that create a suite of self-service assetsBasic Qualifications:10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or similar skillset, experience working with analytics, and technical leadership and management experience on data-centric productsHands-on manager with a proven track record of leading and growing successful data teams

    Preferred Qualifications:
