    OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT)- Travel Occupational Therapy (OT) opportunity in a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a small Skilled Nursing unit in Rockville, MD.

    Beautiful Campus with a supportive Administrative and Nursing Team. Productivity Rates of 80-85%.

    Quality of Care focused facility seeking like-minded Occupational therapists (OT) who are driven by providing their patients the care they deserve.

    Exceptional Administrator who advocates for patients and team members.

    1:1 patient care for a primarily Medicare patient population.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    The Occupational Therapist (OT) organizes, creates, and executes occupational therapy programs tailored to each client's needs.

    He/she encourages client participation in tasks and therapies designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence and productivity following illness or injury.

    The Occupational Therapist serves the geriatric population.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized treatment plan (long and short term goals) and make adjustments as necessary
    Masters's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
    Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state
