    Job Description

    The CRM Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Behavioral Communications team, operating at the intersection of Business Strategy, Technology, and User Experience.

    The Behavioral Communications team specializes in personalized 1:1 communication with customers, leveraging website behavior data to send targeted messages at relevant points in their lifecycle.

    In this role you will collaborate with product leads, Salesforce developers and other stakeholders to gather inputs for project requirements, create documentation, complete testing, and focus on creating business value.

    A successful candidate will have a keen eye for customer advocacy, refinement, and performance-based optimization to drive the growth of Direct channel revenue and enhance the customer value proposition.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understand of Journey Builder and Automation Studio activities.
    • Experience with agile software development processes, requirements management, and project management using JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools.
    • Experience in working with CRM teams to execute a complex, highly segmented, and personalized communication strategy across mediums (email, SMS, push notifications). null
