    IT Business Solutions Project Manager


    POSITION SUMMARY


    The IT Business Solutions Project Manager acts as both primary administrator of 3rd party software and serves as Project Manager for software implementations.

    This position works directly with Property Management, IT, Compliance, Accounting and Marketing leadership.


    Essential Functions:
    Ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    Leads the planning of projects and ensures technical feasibility
    Creates and maintains project documentation using project management tools and escalates issues/concerns to upper management as needed.
    Primary Administrator for all 3rd party software (including but not limited to Yardi Voyager, Yardi RentCafe Suite, SafeRent Solutions and HappyCo.
    Key stakeholder for all Property Management software projects.

    Works regularly and strategically with all levels of Property Management, including the President of Property Management to resolve technical issues, create new reporting tools, and develop more efficient workflow.

    Researches and tests new software, and upgrades to existing software.
    Serves as the lead on software projects and drives to completion.
    Configures and troubleshoots existing software.
    Analyzes business processes and make recommendations for process improvements.
    Manages user groups, security permissions, menu sets, and system settings in Yardi Voyager and other software.
    Records and analyzes common user errors and identifies potential training needs.
    Advises, develops and delivers training programs.


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

    Experience:

    3-5+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge in Property Management CRM software preferred (i.e. Yardi Voyager, Yardi Site Manager). Demonstrated experience in affordable housing and/or residential multi-family operations is a plus.
